All event hall and facility bookings are considered confirmed only after:
Submission of the booking request form
Verification of event details by NPCN management
Receipt of the required advance payment
Official confirmation from NPCN
NPCN reserves the right to decline bookings that conflict with organizational values, legal regulations, or scheduling availability.
Clients must provide the following information during booking:
Full name and organization name
Contact information
Event title and purpose
Preferred booking date and duration
Expected number of attendees
Technical or media requirements
Incomplete booking requests may delay confirmation.
We recommend booking the venue at least 7–14 days in advance to ensure availability and proper event preparation.
Urgent or same-day bookings are subject to availability and additional coordination approval.
All guests and organizers are expected to:
Maintain professional and respectful conduct
Follow venue safety and operational instructions
Avoid damaging equipment or infrastructure
Use the premises only for approved event purposes
NPCN reserves the right to terminate events that violate laws, promote hate speech, misinformation, violence, or disruptive behavior.
NPCN may provide:
Audio-visual equipment
Live streaming services
Media coverage support
Internet connectivity
Stage and seating arrangements
Additional charges may apply depending on event requirements.
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the event may qualify for partial refunds.
Cancellations within 72 hours of the event may result in non-refundable booking charges.
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
NPCN reserves the right to reschedule or cancel bookings in case of emergencies, technical issues, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Clients are responsible for:
Any damage caused during the event
Conduct of participants and guests
Compliance with Nepalese laws and public regulations
NPCN shall not be held liable for personal loss, injury, or damages occurring during private events.
By booking our facilities or services, clients agree to comply with all NPCN policies, operational guidelines, and payment terms.
